My mom made me these cupcakes the last time I came home to Ohio and I am still dreaming about them. In true Kloots form, they were not “bite-sized” as the recipe suggests because she knows that I don’t like bite-sized desserts. She made them “Amanda sized” and covered them in a mound of incredible frosting. I decided that I must share this recipe with all my dessert lovers out there! ENJOY!
